Dean Vince Boudreau
Dean of the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership
Vincent Boudreau is dean of the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership at the City College of New York. Dr. Boudreau served as the director of the Colin L. Powell Center for Leadership and Service from 2002 through 2013. He is a professor of political science at City College and a member of the City University of New York graduate faculty. A specialist in the politics of social movements, particularly in Southeast Asia, his latest book is Resisting Dictatorship: Repression and Protest in Southeast Asia (Cambridge University Press). He also conducts research and writes on repression, government transitions to democracy, and collective violence. Dr. Boudreau's research, supported in part by a grant from the Fulbright program, has investigated the relationship between civil society, social movements, and democratization processes in Indonesia and the Philippines.
He is the academic adviser to the International Development Program at the City University of Hong Kong. At City College, Dr. Boudreau has served as the director of the M.A. Program in International Relations, the chair of the Department of Political Science, the director of the International Studies Program, and the deputy dean of the Division of Social Science. In addition to his academic work, he has undertaken projects with ActionAid Asia, Jubilee South Asia, and The Philippine Rural Reconstruction Movement, and has consulted for Oxfam Asia, Action of Economic Reform (Philippines), and Freedom House. Dr. Boudreau received his Ph.D. from Cornell University in 1991.

Gareth Rhodes
Deputy Press Secretary, New York Government Andrew M. Cuomo
Gareth Rhodes currently serves as Deputy Press Secretary for New York Governor Andrew M. Cuomo, where he is a spokesperson for the administration and helps oversee state government's communications strategy and operations. Gareth began in public service while a City College student, as an intern in the district office of U.S. Representative Charles Rangel and in then-Attorney General Cuomo's press office. He was selected as a White House intern in Summer 2010. As a college junior, he was one of just 60 students nationwide to
receive the prestigious Truman Scholarship, an award given to those recognized for future leadership potential in public service. Gareth graduated summa cum laude from the City College of New York in 2011 and joined the administration of Governor Cuomo. In 2013, he was recognized as part of City & State newspaper's 40-under-40 Rising Stars in state politics. Gareth is a native of Kingston, New York and currently resides in Manhattan.

Director, Career and Professional Development Institute
Katie Nailler is currently of the Director of Career and Professional Development Institute at City College of New York. Katie has over 16 years of experience developing and maintaining strong career services programs and employer relations as well as providing career counseling for traditional and adult students in their career decisions. Prior to her time at City College of New York, Katie was the Director of the Career and Professional Development Center at the University of the District of Columbia, Assistant Director of Career Services at University of Maryland University College and worked at West Virginia University, College of Engineering and Mineral Resources where she was involved in career development, workforce development and human resources projects. Katie has also taught courses in academic preparedness, career development and business communication at 4 universities.

Executive Director, Zahn Innovation Center
Lindsay Siegel is passionate about helping build organizations that effectively and efficiently disrupt the status quo. Her experience reaches across sectors – corporate marketing, philanthropy, the arts, international development and public programming. Prior to joining the team at the Zahn Center, she most recently worked in sustainable development at Columbia University’s Earth Institute. Earlier in her career she ran an ecolodge in rural Ecuador, briefly advised digital strategy for Acumen Fund, and developed membership programming for the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy. She holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a B.S. from Northwestern University.
